Back to Daejon this weekend!

Ok so finally we are planning to go to Dae-jon this weekend. We have been postponing our trip for a number of weeks.

But now finally we will go, I am happy to go...to hit the open road....(well...for me the Sohae-an expressway is "open road" for me)

Tonight we will hang out with a couple of our friends, then leave for Dae-chon tomorrow. Then on Sunday we have tentative plans to go to Kwang-ju and visit the zoo there.

I would like to rest but George, and Yogita really want to see the zoo. In fact Yogita is so excited about it that..well I am now excited about it.

The weather has been a bit cold recently...now that my radiator has been replaced, driving is more...normal...not heater blowing hot air.

Omorro we will be online and ready for our weekly chat early Sunday our time ...2-3amish.
Oh sorry lanya I missed your message by a few minutes but then we have been having some networking issues that I had to work out....but it is ok now....I had a torrent running on the wrong port and that slowed down the entire system in the house.

Ok I will get batteries for the digital camera and take some pics for you all, of Dae-jon, and maybe Kwang-ju....maybe....we might be too tired due to our trip on saturday.

Ok i gotta go...take care.

Its Movie day!!!!!!

Tonight we will see another movie. Did I meantion that we are VIP members at the DVD room that we go to?
Everytime there is a new employee they always know us. The owner is very kind, and gives us a free movie once a month, and a free movie on my birthday, and Jan 1st. We are the 3-4th ranked VIP......boy do we go there often!

This weekend promises to be a bit busy but fun. We will go to Daejon, and do a little shopping, although I am really looking forward to eating pizza there.....I must remember to take pictures.
That pizza is HUGE!!! Like a extra large or something.

I am so glad it is wed. that means it is the middle of the week. Friday night we will hang out with some friends of ours. That should be fun!

Future plans....for April.

Hi it has been awhile. This week will be more busy than ever because I will be a full time taxi driver...might have to ask for some more gas money....maybe....nahh...

Well about April I am not sure we can make it. We did not realize that Feb. passed so fast but the biggest issue is that I have a company class (business English class) that I do not think i can miss.

So Omorro I will fill you in on the details this weekend when we chat. Everyone chatting through Yahoo is amazing and our Microphone has some amazing reception, so it is possible to talk to Yogita and I at the same time. We could all even hold a conference call...so people please get moms pc back online. There is a way for me to remotely troubleshoot some problems....BUT she needs to be online. I understand that things are very busy now, but perhaps in 3-4 monthes we could ALL meet in cyberspace!

Ok I gotta run...my sleepy class starts soon!

Take care!

Jeyo.

p.s I will post some more pictures too!

Almost the end of the week!

Well lets start off with last night...

We went out for our movie night. We decided to eat a type of korea stew...deaon-jang-chi-gae.

It is quite tasty but it does have a smell about it, that some poeple dislike.
Anyways we are digging into the food when the owner a middle age woman does the usual thing.
That is they ask you about where you from, job, where you live, do you like Kimchi, "Oh your Korean is soooo good" which she said to both of us...my Korean is elementary at best.....but come on after 5 years of the same introductory questions, I can answer in Korean fairly easily. Yogita is much much better.

Anyways we are eating, and we notice that the soup/stew was sort of off. It lacked flavor..seemed a bit more salty than usual.

After about 10 minutes of eating we started to feel like we where eating tiny bits of glass. YUCK
Lets just say we both felt like gagging, and vomiting. Joel told us that it is possible that it was the shells, perhaps the shells she used partly dissolved and that led to the glasslike scratchy feeling in our throats....lets just say our guts feel quite bubbly these days.....

We have a busy weeekend ahead, I will fill you in about that later...I and another teacher have to leave for GM-Daewoo 10 minutes earlier.

Busy times ahead!

Well firstly about what Yogita posted...I can not agree more. With out each other we feel...like being with each other. It is just the way it is for us. Some people have said that we are tied at the hip. Well...I agree we are. It is much here goes a new word: FUNNER!

With out my little lady, my right hand man...uh lady.....where would I be? Sure I could cope, but life would have no glow, no added inspiration, no extra umph!

George is getting older, and he will soon join us...we will be a three-some! Um....ok well err I think you know what I mean!

Bottom line...with out Yogita in my life, I am half a person. I understand more the meaning of "one flesh". Or rather what it means to me!

We will be going to GM daewoo kicking off our first semester of this year. I will be more busy, hopefully my day can still end at 8pm, but...I think with one of our teachers leaving, and hopefully another one....I might end up being MUCH more busy.

Omorro! Your call surprised me! Everyone we will be getting new phones soon that will allow us to make use of international phone cards. Our current phones are just pure crap! My phone has major LCD issues, and Yogita's li-ion battery is like a bomb, not to meantion her lcd screen is so faint!

ok i gotta go!

a few thoughts!

well, i have been very lazy lately so this is my first post after a while.......we had a 5 day vacation at the end of january...it was fun we spend alot of quality time together and took mini road trips.

we watched the movie "dogville" yesterday...very nice movie...very unique..the whole movie is filmed on a stage....it was really good with a interesting story and plot twist....

we went to the meetings last sunday...it was very nice....george was very quite and sat nicely through the whole meeting......i and jemal had a good time pondering, discussing and sharing our thoughts with each other.

these days we are trying to focus on whats important for us and not blindly spend all our time running after material things. it is good to remember that we NEED to slow down and priorities.

the other day i was thinking about how i feel so blessed that i have Jemal. i have seen many couples(here in korea...but i know it is true for many nations) who don't really hang out together...couples where the husband spends all his free time with his friend and not his family...we really don't like hanging out or doing anything without eachother....some people might not understand it, but thats how we feel...i like knowing that i have an ally i can trust and depend on.....someone who knows the best and worst of me and who i know will not judge me.....i love doing stuff with jemal and just talking about everything and nothing.....i don't need friends to vent or have a girly talk....lol...well, we don't like to do anything without eachother...that's just the way it is with us.

oh well, i am ramblling on now. take care. bye
