I have used both systems and actually I am using a water cooled cpu at the moment. To be frank both systems are work just fine. However, air cooling requires more care when living in a dusty environment. In our case our dog sheds A LOT! This has caused well it is causing issues with Yogita's gpu fan, and her cpu fan. So I want to install a water cooling system. It is called an all in one system. The water pump, hoses, and radiator are all connected and preset up. All you have to do is mount the water pump on the cpu (of course make sure you put thermal paste and the cpu after cleaning off the old thermal paste).
What I like about water cooled systems is that you only have to clean the radiator, and the radiator fans. This is so easy to do. Another, thing if the fans are failing it is easy to replace them. You just screw them on or off. So I am looking into replacing Yogita's air cooled system with an all in one water colling system. I should note that both systems cool about the same.

This is an example of what I am going to install in her system.
