Blessings to be counted!

This is week two at my new place of work. Things have been going very well. I think past experiences where I was aided in me having an easier transition here. As, well senior staff being kinder, and more down to earth even when giving feedback. A kind word turns away rage. This is directly quoted from the bible. It is so true. I felt a loss of peace in past years due to being spoken to in a rude manner. Now, I am trying to do my best to support my family. Things are going very well. Our housing is far better than it has ever been in South Korea! It is larger, on the first floor, and kind of in a corner. Being on the first floor means getting in and out is very easy and fast.

As I have been working here for nearly a month I can see other blessings. The work is just work, there is no wasted downtime or desk warming. Here I must prepare materials for my classes. Something that I used to do for over 14 years in Gunsan, and 3 here in Iksan. I enjoy it much more than my previous workplace.

I am not saying where I worked before was terrible. It was quite a nice place to work. It was very stable and it was easy to understand what people wanted you to do. It was boring for me though.

I think as we live in this system of things we need to make sure to be thankful for the blessings we have in life. Jehovah aids us all, even those that do not believe in him get support as we are living on his Earth!
