So I woke up this morning...... Nice day..Beautiful weather..but then lo and behold i have two problematic classes one after the other. Needless to say, my day wasn't looking all that GREAT anymore. But then i told myself that i am not going to let it get me down. I was determined to turn around my bad day into a good one(or in this case a Normal one) and so i did...i focused on things that i wanted to do with Jemal later in the evening...i bought myself a cup of coffee and a donut(that i ended up giving to my student) Anyways, i re-realized today that half of how we feel is in our own attitude...today talking to my students i realized that people are not happy...not satisfied....they have no hope or aspirations....that's dangerous...
like this saying goes:
"Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by the attitude you bring to life; not so much by what happens to you as by the way your mind looks at what happens".
that is true in many ways but we are only human....real happiness only comes from Jehovah but on the same note we all have to do our part to make ourselves and those around us happy..oh and i love the image...see the power of positive thinking...LOL

This is true. I too had a rough day. Kids are just....have less love and respect than what they used to have. We have been here for almost a decade. I have seen a huge change in people here all those years.
